¶1We have considered the contentions of the appellant in this cause and affirm it on the same grounds as those set out in the order of the circuit court.
¶2Accordingly, the judgment of the circuit court denying appellant’s petition under Rule 20, A.R.Crim.P.Temp., is due to be, and hereby is, affirmed.
