¶1ON REHEARING
¶2Appellant asserts in brief that Mr. Whit-lock did not describe the appellant as wearing a mustache in his identification. There is on page 56 of the record a photograph of the appellant which was received in evidence without objection which depicts the appellant “with mustache.”
¶3Opinion extended, application overruled.
