¶1concurring in the result.

¶2I agree that G.E.G.’s conviction and sentence for the offense of sexual torture are due to be affirmed. I also agree, based on the state of the record in this case, that the convictions on the drug-related charges are due to be reversed based on the lack of an adequate factual basis. I note, however, that I do not agree with all the discussion and rationale set out in part II of the opinion.
