¶1AFTER REMAND
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Tomlin, 540 So.2d 668 (Ala.1988) (opinion on second rehearing), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the above.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
