¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, it is considered that the trial court’s judgment in the above-styled case should be affirmed in accordance with the judgment rendered by the supreme court on September 23, 1988, 543 So.2d 1190.
¶3AFFIRMED.
