BOWES, Judge,

¶1concurring.

¶2I agree with the result reached by the majority in this case that the judgment for past-due alimony pendente lite appealed by Harry Cabral, Jr., should be reversed and that we should decline to follow Babin v. Babin, 511 So.2d 835 (La.App. 5 Cir.1987). However, I do not agree completely with some of the language used by the majority in the last paragraph of the opinion. Accordingly, I respectfully concur.
