Henderson v. State

¶1Clarence Henderson appeals from a judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Henderson pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm from a vehicle and was sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment pursuant to Section 559.115, RSMo.Cum.Supp.2013. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
