¶1Pursuant to agreement of the parties, this cause is remanded to the trial court for resentencing based upon a guideline score-sheet reflecting the two prior out-of-state convictions for issuing worthless checks as misdemeanors.
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED FOR RE-SENTENCING.
