¶1WRIT NOT CONSIDERED: Relator has failed to comply with Uniform Rules— Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5(i). In particular, there must be documentation of sentencing. If sentencing has not occurred, the application is premature. Relator may file a new application with this Court if he so elects.
