State v. Charles

¶1Rickey Charles appeals his convictions for two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy under section 566.064, alleging that the trial court committed plain error by entering two convictions for the same offense in violation of his right to be free from double jeopardy. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
