PER CURIAM.

¶1The state having confessed error, the conviction, adjudication of guilt, and sentence, be and the same are hereby reversed and the case is remanded to the trial court for purposes of a new trial. See Brown v. State, 538 So.2d 883 (Fla.1989).

¶2Reversed and remanded with directions.
