¶1Because the state correctly confessed error upon the authority of Lambert v. State, 545 So.2d 838 (Fla.1989), we vacate the sentence and remand this case to the trial court with directions to enter a sentence within the sentencing guidelines.
¶2Sentence vacated; cause remanded with directions.
