United States v. Smith

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided December 19, 2013

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2013-12-19

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996)

Decided 2013-12-19

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Monroe Harold Smith appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 (West Supp.2013) motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. We deny Smith’s motion for appointment of counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4AFFIRMED.
