¶1AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Tomlin, 548 So.2d 1341 (Ala.1989), we are compelled to reverse the conviction and sentence based on the charge of unlawful possession of marijuana, and render a judgment in Tomlin’s favor.
¶3REVERSED AND RENDERED.
