¶1ON REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

TYSON, Judge.

¶2This cause is reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Wilcox County where that court shall conduct an additional evi-dentiary hearing on the merits of the appellant, Otis Jackson, Jr.’s, petition under A.R. Crim.P. (Temp.), 20. This action is on authority of Jackson v. State, 548 So.2d 1370 (Ala.1989).

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
