¶2Considering this motion and the letter concurrence of counsel for plaintiffs,
¶3IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, adjudged and decreed that the above captioned cause, Burnell Scales, et al. v. Marco St. John, et al. No. 88-C-0841 be and hereby is dismissed from the docket of this Court, this 12th day of September, 1989.
