¶2The trial court having complied with our order of remand instructing it to modify its sentencing order so as to require that the sentences of three years' imprisonment imposed in each case run concurrently instead of consecutively, the convictions and sentences *118 in this case are therefore due to be, and are hereby, affirmed.
