¶1We affirm the sentencing order of the trial court, except that we agree with the appellant and the state that the trial court erroneously included a finding of a violation of all five (5) of the alleged violations of community control contrary to the appellant’s guilty plea to the first four (4) allegations. We remand with directions that the finding of a violation on the fifth allegation be stricken.
