¶1Negligent homicide is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the county jail for six months, and a fine of $200.
¶2The record is before this court without a statement of facts and bills of exception. ■ No fault in the procedure has been perceived, nor called to the attention of the court.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
