¶1Conviction is for possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment one year in the penitentiary.
¶2The indictment charges the offense. The record contains neither statement of facts nor bills of exception. In such condition no matter is presented to this court for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
