¶1(specially concurring).

¶2I concur that the evidence in this case is sufficient to sustain this conviction; and that the sentence is not excessive even absent the after former conviction provision; *415however, I reserve my position with reference to Dean v. Crisp, supra. But notwithstanding my position with reference to Dean, I believe the facts of this case warrant the sentence imposed.
