¶1AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Stokes, 552 So.2d 144 (Ala.1989), we are compelled to reverse the conviction and sentence based on the charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. We therefore remand this case to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
