¶1We reverse the trial court’s summary denial of appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief. Since this court’s mandate was filed on October 10, 1986, appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief was timely filed within the two-year time limitations of Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850. Ward v. Dugger, 508 So.2d 778 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987).
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
