¶1This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus.
¶2Hare claims that he is entitled to incentive good time on a 15-year sentence which *875was split with 2 years to serve in prison and 5 years on probation. We disagree.
¶3This case is affirmed on authority of Thomas v. State, 552 So.2d 875 (Ala.Cr.App.1989).
¶4AFFIRMED.
