¶1AFTER REMANDMENT FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

¶2This cause is hereby remanded to the trial court in order that a new sentencing hearing be held in front of a jury in accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Giles, [Ms. 86-416, Sept. 25, 1987] 554 So.2d 1089 (Ala.1987).

¶3REVERSED AS TO SENTENCING AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
