¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Johnson v. State, 555 So.2d 216 (Ala.1989), this cause is remanded to the trial court with instructions to return the petition to the petitioner to be amended to comply with the form provided by Temporary Rule 20.6(a), Ala.R.Crim.P.
