Jimenez v. State

¶1Upon the state’s proper confession of error, we vacate the sentence and remand the cause for resentencing within the guidelines range. State v. Simpson, 554 So.2d 506 (Fla.1989); Franklin v. State, 545 So.2d 851 (Fla.1989); Lambert v. State, 545 So.2d 838 (Fla.1989).

¶2Sentence vacated; remanded for resen-tencing.
