GOSHORN, Judge.

¶1Larry Willis appeals the imposition of court costs pursuant to sections 27.3455, 960.20 and 943.25, Florida Statutes (1987) without notice or the opportunity to object. The State concedes error and those portions of the judgment and sentence are stricken. Mays v. State, 519 So.2d 618 (Fla.1988); Jenkins v. State, 444 So.2d 947 (Fla.1984). Otherwise the judgment and sentence are affirmed.

¶2AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part.
