¶4concurs in the denial of McGee’s application but would not have remanded to see if the report contained information which would reveal “ongoing” undercover or intelligence operations. La. R.S. 44:3 A(4)(c) provides only that “[njoth-ing herein shall be construed to require the disclosure of information which would reveal undercover or intelligence operations.”
