Becker v. State

¶1Appellant seeks review of an order denying his 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. We reverse and remand the cause to the trial court with directions to grant appellant an evidentiary hearing to determine whether appellant entered his plea voluntarily and intelligently and without coercion.
