¶1ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Hill, 557 So.2d 838 (Ala.1989), holding that Hill’s inculpato-ry statement was not voluntary and that its admission into evidence at trial deprived him of a fair trial, the judgment of the circuit court is reversed, and this case is remanded for further proceedings.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
