Dade County v. Simons

¶1Prohibition is granted. Until the county commission, sitting as a legislative body, issues a zoning resolution or other reviewable administrative order, there is no basis for the circuit court’s exercise of jurisdiction. Assuming that the trial court, in accordance with this order, will dismiss the pending declaratory judgment action, no formal writ will issue.
