¶1In re Mitchell, Rodney Wayne; — Defendants); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KA88 1873; Parish of Terrebonne, Thirty-Second Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, Nos. 163-712, 163-713.

¶2Granted. Sentence vacated. A full sentencing hearing is ordered. It is also ordered that the case be allotted to another judge of the same district to conduct the hearing and resentence the relator.
