“In the instant case, the merchandise is imported as a unit. It cannot be disassembled without destroying one or both of the components. It is bought and sold as a unit, and functions as a unit. The candle portion never had any separate identity as a candle. While the cup portion might have a separate identity as a miniature mug, it was not imported or used as such, according to the testimony, and required the addition of the wax portion to become the completed article.
