Jackson v. Brock

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided February 26, 2003

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2003-02-26

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2003-02-26

PER CURIAM.

¶1 Jerry Jackson appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Jackson v. Brock, No. CA-02-132-6-25-AK (D.S.C. Nov. 8, 2002). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
