¶1Conviction is for unlawfully carrying a pistol, punishment being thirty days’ confinement in the county jail.
¶2The record is before this court without bills of exception and unaccompanied by a statement of facts. In such condition nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
