[1] INSURANCE — THE CONTRACT — CONSTRUCTION — AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY POLICY — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In an action to determine the extent of liability of an insurance company, there was no merit in a contention that a condition of the policy, which provided, that all of the policy's terms would apply to each automobile owned by the insured, afforded contributing coverage where the contract of insurance clearly limited liability to ten thousand dollars for any one occurrence; thus a ten-thousand-dollar limitation could not be multiplied by the number of cars owned by the insured.
