“I was hired by the Metropolitan Police Department as a Police Officer on 10/23/88. In April 2008, my employer discriminated against me and continues to [do] so by sexually harassing me and retaliating against me. Sgt. Eric Leven-berry sexually harasses me on a continuous basis. For example, he has asked me out on dates [and engaged in several other harassing behaviors].... Finally, because I have refused Sgt. Levenber-ry’s advances, he has retaliated against me.
