¶1This is an appeal from judgments and sentences for aggravated assault and false imprisonment. We affirm the judgments and sentences except that the aggravated assault'judgment is corrected to show that the conviction is for a third degree felony rather than a second degree felony.
¶2AFFIRMED as corrected.
