¶1concurring in part and dissenting in part:

¶2I concur in the results reached in this decision, but I dissent to the manner in which Officer Tom Lewallen was permitted to qualify himself as an expert. I believe the Officer should have been qualified in the same manner that any other expert witness is qualified.
