¶1ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2On the authority of Washington v. State, 562 So.2d 1304 (Ala.1990), the judgment is reversed and the case is remanded to the circuit court for a new trial.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
