562 So. 2d 451

Cooper v. Kahn

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1990-06-26

Decided 1990-06-26

PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm the guardian ad litem’s fee which was awarded solely against the mother of the child over a visitation dispute. The trial court found that the guardian ad litem’s services were largely necessitated by reason of the ex-wife’s conduct. Nonetheless, on the guardian’s concession that there was a clerical error in the computation of the judgment, it is therefore reduced in the amount of $240.

¶2As modified, the order is affirmed.
