¶1The critical issue in this appeal is the denial by the trial court of the Public Defender’s motion to withdraw because of conflict with the defendant. The State concedes error.
¶2Accordingly, the sentences are reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court with instructions to the trial court to grant the Public Defender’s motion to withdraw and for further proceedings.
¶3REVERSED and REMANDED.
