¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Frazier, 562 So.2d 560 (Ala.1989), this cause is reversed and remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
