¶1Curtis Jackson appeals his convictions and sentences. On the authority of Boyd v. State, 15 F.L.W. 489 (Fla. 3d DCA February 21, 1990), we reverse the RICO conviction and remand with instructions to dismiss that charge; we reverse the remaining convictions and remand with instructions to conduct separate trials.
¶2Reversed and remanded with instructions.
