¶2While I concur in this decision, I do not give my approval to Cory v. State, Okl.Cr., 543 P.2d 565 (1975). However, for the purpose of preliminary examination, I believe the testimony was sufficient to bind over the defendant to stand trial. It is presumed that the proper test of the substance will be shown at trial.
