¶1ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PATTERSON, Judge.

¶2The judgment is hereby reversed and the case is remanded in accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Rumlin, 564 So.2d 1386 (Ala.1990).

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
