¶1This case challenges the constitutionality of the Alabama Workmen’s Compensation Act.
¶2The holdings and decisions of this court are governed by the decisions of the Alabama Supreme Court. § 12-3-16, Code 1975. Therefore, this case is affirmed on the authority of Slagle v. Reynolds Metals Co., 344 So.2d 1216 (Ala.1977), and Hughes v. Decatur General Hospital, 514 So.2d 935 (Ala.1987).
