¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Stringfellow, 565 So.2d 147 (Ala.1990), the judgment in this cause is affirmed in part and reversed in part, and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
