¶1In re Range, Wanen; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 12-80-1044.

¶2The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on an habitual offender transcript he claims to have filed “over 60 days ago.” If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
